STRIVE Gym Camps manifest a dream realized by Heather Schnelzer and Ryan Snider. They developed the College Bound Showcase concept while working together as Co-Head Coaches at Aerial Athletics. Today, Heather owns and operates STRIVE Gym Camps, which,  since 2009, the College Bound Showcases and the High-Performance Camps have hosted over 6500 athletes and hundreds of  NCAA coaches at numerous events. In addition, more than 150 scholarships have been offered to recruitable athletes in the past ten years at these events.
